Last validated stuff

Some discussion needs to be done how to handle this. At this time, I've set up a quick template, and anyone who checks the doc:

1. If they tested in a newer version than last tested, replace the name with their own, and update the version (since that person didn't test the doc for that version).
2. If they tested the doc in the same version, they did a crosscheck, so should append their name using a comma to the list. This also helps show that more than 1 person has tested things, and so, users testing openpanel in that version, have more of a reassurance they are doing something wrong if the procedure doesn't work.

The template isn't a nice way, hence, something better might be needed in the future (but its easy to update).. Need some thoughts AndrewLuecke 11:06, 1 February 2012 (CET)
